Pattie’s Tips for Self Love  

Love the Life you Live & Live the Life you Love

  1. Take 5 min breaks at least twice a day to appreciate your surroundings, close your eyes and breathe, eat cake or chocolate at least once this month.  Love your life.
  2. Make a monthly appointment with yourself to do something that you Love to do; Meet with a friend, get a massage, go for a walk, take a nap, and take a bath in with salts or oils in the water!  You are worth one hour a month!
  3. Love how you feel about yourself by giving your “love” away. Pay it forward at the coffee shop today, do a kindness for someone without letting them know and Shhh…. don’t tell anyone. You will Love how you feel!
  4. Show your body some Love! It’s the only one you get.  Drink water, eat more veggies, get some fresh air, put on a facial mask and go to bed early once a week.
  5. Turn off all your devices for 30 min every day. Reconnect with yourself and stop comparing. Love yourself, Love your life and your likes to others.
