- Take 5 min breaks at least twice a day to appreciate your surroundings, close your eyes and breathe, eat cake or chocolate at least once this month. Love your life.
- Make a monthly appointment with yourself to do something that you Love to do; Meet with a friend, get a massage, go for a walk, take a nap, and take a bath in with salts or oils in the water! You are worth one hour a month!
- Love how you feel about yourself by giving your “love” away. Pay it forward at the coffee shop today, do a kindness for someone without letting them know and Shhh…. don’t tell anyone. You will Love how you feel!
- Show your body some Love! It’s the only one you get. Drink water, eat more veggies, get some fresh air, put on a facial mask and go to bed early once a week.
- Turn off all your devices for 30 min every day. Reconnect with yourself and stop comparing. Love yourself, Love your life and your likes to others.
