Please respect the right of every spa guest to privacy and quiet. We do not have provision for child care and children cannot accompany you into the lounge or treatments rooms. We recommend that small children do not accompany you on your spa experience.
Please arrive at least 15-20 minutes prior to your appointment time to prepare for your treatments. Arriving late will deprive you of precious minutes of your spa treatments. Your appointment will end as scheduled, to ensure that the next guest is not delayed.
In appreciation for outstanding service, gratuities may be offered at your own discretion. Gift Cards do not include gratuities.
In order for us to serve you better, it is recommended that you make reservations at least one to two weeks in advance.
The treatments and services you select are especially reserved for you. Group reservations are subject to a contract agreement in advance. Guests who do not honour their appointments will be charged a cancellation fee, which are as follows:

If at least 24 hours’ notice is given, services may be cancelled or changed without charge. If less than 24 hours’ notice is given, 50% of the service price will be charged.
If at least 48 hours’ notice is given, services may be cancelled or changed without charge. If less than 48 hours’ notice is given, 50% of the service price will be charged.
On occasion and due to unforeseen circumstances, we may have no choice but to reschedule your previously booked appointment. We will do our very best to accommodate your needs at your earliest convenience. Please be assured that we will have exhausted all other options. In such cases compensation or complimentary services will not be provided.
